ClearPath Revenue provides booking optimization consulting and implementation services for HVAC companies. The specific scope, deliverables, pricing, and timeline for each engagement are agreed upon separately before work begins.
If you provide your mobile phone number and request or agree to SMS follow-up, ClearPath Revenue may send conversational, one-to-one text messages related to your inquiry, missed-call follow-up, assessment scheduling, active business conversations, or operational reminders. ClearPath Revenue does not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, lead volumes, or business results. Revenue outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including the client’s sales process, staffing, capacity, and market conditions.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely access to required systems, and maintaining the operational conditions necessary for the engagement to function as intended.
All frameworks, playbooks, workflows, and methodologies developed or used by ClearPath Revenue remain the intellectual property of ClearPath Revenue. Clients retain ownership of their own data, customer records, and business information.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of an engagement.
ClearPath Revenue’s liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
