ClearPath Revenue SMS Notifications

Program Description

ClearPath Revenue sends conversational, one-to-one text messages to business owners and operators who have directly contacted us or submitted an inquiry. Messages are related to:

ClearPath Revenue does not send bulk promotional messages. All messages are tied to a direct business interaction initiated by the recipient.

How You Opt In

You opt in to receive SMS messages from ClearPath Revenue only by explicitly requesting or agreeing to text follow-up through one of the following actions:

The contact form SMS checkbox is optional, is unchecked by default, and is not required to submit the form. By checking that box or otherwise explicitly requesting text follow-up, you consent to receive text messages from ClearPath Revenue at the number provided. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchase.

No purchased lists. ClearPath Revenue does not use purchased lists, third-party lead lists, or any opt-in list not directly tied to a business interaction with the recipient.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with ClearPath Revenue. Messages are sent only in direct response to your inquiry or as part of an active business conversation. We do not send recurring automated blasts.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message from ClearPath Revenue. After opting out, you will not receive further SMS messages unless you initiate a new interaction and opt back in.

Privacy

Your phone number and personal information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties except service providers that support message delivery and only as necessary to provide the requested communications.
